Onalim is a respected real estate company, based in Delray Beach, Florida, that has been providing property management and brokerage services for over six years. They first partnered with our agency in 2021 with the goal of redesigning their website to better reflect their brand and increase visibility. The following year, they approached us again with the goal of increasing their lead generation through social media advertising.
The biggest challenge was creating a brand new Facebook business page and establishing credibility in a short period of time, as the owners were previously not active on any social platforms. Our team rose to the challenge and within a month of launching the campaign, Onalim saw a significant increase in leads, with 60 generated in just 30 days. The success of the campaign was such that Onalim asked us to pause the advertising so they could properly handle all the leads that had come in.
Fast forward to 2023, Onalim has shifted to a brokerage-only model and came back to us for a second round of Facebook ads to reach even more leads without the hassle of competing with other agents like Zillow’s lead generation process. To help manage the increased volume of leads, as well as current buyers and sellers who already work with Onalim, we implemented automation with a CRM system. In addition to the successful campaigns, we’re proud to have been a trusted partner in helping Onalim achieve their goals and grow their business.
